Description

Lead technical development and integration efforts within the Guidewire BillingCenter ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Guidewire BillingCenter configurations and complex integrations.
• Build and implement Java-based web services to connect disparate systems.
• Manage database integrations using RDBMS to ensure data consistency across applications.
• Execute development tasks within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Collaborate using Agile management tools to track progress and deliverable requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java applications.
• 3+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter (version 7.0 or higher) Configuration and Integration experience.
• Strong integration expertise involving Java and Web Services beyond point-to-point Guidewire suite connectivity.
• Proficiency with J2EE frameworks and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP web services.
• Competency with Java IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
• Working knowledge of middleware, service bus layers, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, Octane, or Jira.
