Description

You will lead technical design and core account transformation efforts for mainframe environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration strategies, including product mapping, gap analysis, and technical sequencing.
• Develop individual modules for Batch and Online environments.
• Create high-level design documents, detailed technical designs, and unit test plans.
• Execute end-to-end testing covering functional, system integration, and regression requirements.
• Mentor team members through technical guidance and peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related mainframe experience.
• Expert knowledge of z/OS CICS, COBOL, VSAM, and JCL.
• Hands-on experience with MQ and XML/MLI.
• Proficiency with Change-man and various mainframe tools.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to perform data sourcing, analysis, and client impact assessments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Assembler knowledge.
• Expertise in Systematics suite (IMPACS, Savings-Time, Relationship Management, Architecture).
