Description

You will own technical solution design and implementation on the ServiceNow platform for customer deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Craft, configure, and script technical solutions for ServiceNow platform deployments.
• Refine platform requirements with the Platform Architect and develop agreed-upon solutions.
• Design and develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms, and Access Controls.
• Automate platform activities using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
• Build data sets and transform maps to import data from external sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Applications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, Employee Center).
• Extensive knowledge of Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, and Catalog Forms.
• Develop solutions using JavaScript for requirements beyond standard configuration.
• Use Java, HTML, and Angular for development tasks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira) using JDBC, REST, and SOAP.
• Build prioritized applications using Studio.
