Description

Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions in the retail and e-commerce domain. You will own the end-to-end development process, manage a small offshore team, and define technical architectures for scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with clients and architects to define integration architecture.
• Manage a small offshore team of five resources to facilitate module design and builds.
• Own the end-to-end development process, including technical specification documentation, coding, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Define technical solutions independently and guide engineering teams through design and implementation.
• Manage product scalability and performance while ensuring robust data modeling.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of development and design experience using Spring Boot and Java services.
• Mandatory experience in the retail or e-commerce domain, specifically with OMS applications.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and integration fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming SOAP and RESTful services.
• Proven ability to perform technical design, data modeling, and analytical tasks.
• Strong communication skills for independent client assessment and architectural collaboration.
• Minimum of 7 years of total professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud deployment.
• Experience with Order lifecycle, Inventory management, and Payment processing concepts.
