Description

Lead the DevOps team in managing infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational automation for backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage full-stack infrastructure including ELBs and databases, handling site migrations and launches.
• Lead the DevOps team by managing project assignments and providing technical support for complex backend systems.
• Develop, maintain, and automate tools, microservices, and operational processes to reduce errors and ensure security compliance.
• Troubleshoot production and testing issues to ensure system integrity and implement design improvements.
• Manage code deployments, updates, and integrations while documenting new product features and automation scripts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or operations roles.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and establish best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices and deployment tools.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems, specifically Git and SVN.
• Ability to develop software for backend systems.
• Experience working with open-source technologies.
• Background in data science.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure migrations.
