Description

Design and implement automation strategies for hybrid cloud and on-premises failover environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment using Jenkins, Harness, and GitHub.
• Develop shared infrastructure services including Kubernetes, Vault, S3, Kafka, and databases.
• Automate data replication between AWS and on-premises environments for PostgreSQL and Kafka.
• Design and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) strategies.
• Provision, configure, and monitor infrastructure using Terraform Enterprise and Ansible.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, automation, or cloud infrastructure modernization.
• Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) deployment using Helm Charts and Rancher.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically S3 replication and AWS Artifactory.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Groovy, Bash, YAML, or PowerShell.
• Experience managing distributed message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon Kinesis.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Splunk, LogicMonitor, SignalFX, or Prometheus.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of certificate generation tools like Venafi.

Preferred Skills

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for Flink-based streaming applications.
