Description

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CI/CD workflows, naming conventions, approvals, security controls, and artifact management.
• Enable application teams to adopt CI/CD capabilities, reducing manual effort.
• Execute migrations from Digital.ai Release (XLR) to Harness and from Bitbucket-based pipelines to GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain multi-branch pipelines, reusable workflows, shared libraries, templates, and standardized deployment frameworks.
• Implement consistent Git branching, pull request, release management, and environment-promotion practices.
• Troubleshoot pipeline, package, dependency, deployment, and environment issues from end to end.
• Integrate automated testing, SonarQube quality gates, security scanning, approval workflows, secrets management, and artifact repositories into delivery pipelines.
• Automate deployment, validation, rollback, and release-verification activities across supported application platforms.
• Work with development and release management teams to migrate applications, resolve deployment issues, and support releases.

Qualifications

• Required
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical expertise in Harness, Digital.ai Release (XLR), and GitHub Actions, including platform and pipeline migrations.
  • Experience building reusable workflows, shared libraries, pipeline templates, multi-branch strategies, and enterprise Git solutions.
  • Working knowledge of release orchestration, deployment automation, rollback strategies, workflow approvals, and CI/CD controls.
  • Experience integrating automated testing, code coverage, SonarQube quality gates, static analysis, and security scanning into delivery pipelines.
  • Experience configuring Vault-based secrets management, credential rotation, and secure secret injection.
  • Ability to support Kerberos authentication and keytab management for Hadoop, distributed applications, and secure service-to-service communication
