You will manage third-party tools, support lower environments, and resolve complex incident issues while automating cloud-native workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support lower environments for incident and problem management.
• Resolve complex support issues in non-production environments.
• Assist production support and development staff in debugging environment defects.
• Create procedural and troubleshooting documentation for cloud-native applications.
• Write complex automation scripts using automation tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in systems administration.
• Expert understanding of change management practices.
• Experience with message-oriented technologies like Kafka.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Git.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes within AWS.
• Experience scripting and coding using automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Familiarity with web-based technologies and ITIL Best Practices.
• Understanding of encryption technologies (SSL/TLS, PKI Infrastructure management).
