Description

Provide subject matter expertise and technical support for cloud-native applications and third-party tooling in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise for Kafka, Artifactory, Terraform, and Apigee.
• Manage incidents and resolve complex support issues in lower environments.
• Assist production support and development teams in debugging environment defects.
• Write complex automation scripts using Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Create procedural and troubleshooting documentation for cloud-native applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Deep expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes and AWS architecture.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Strong scripting skills in Batch, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Git and Artifactory.
• Kafka and message-oriented technologies knowledge.
• Experience managing security controls, including SSL/TLS and PKI.
• Understanding of systems administration, change management, and network technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Helm charts, Python, and Apigee.
• Knowledge of Splunk and Rancher for monitoring.

Degree in any field of study.
