Description

You will own the infrastructure and deployment lifecycle for critical services.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain CICD pipelines across NewsDigital applications.
• Administer Content Delivery Network changes and security configurations for properties.
• Manage security aspects across News group Digital data centers and Cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot network and security issues using packet capture tools.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation supporting production services.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of extensive experience with AWS and GCP.
• 3+ years of experience working with large-scale websites and APM tools (e.g., DataDog).
• 2+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code practices.
• 2+ years experience applying Code and Infrastructure Security principles.
• Experience with Linux systems, micro-services, and n-tier architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python and Groovy.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and software automation technologies.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible.
