Description

You will manage and scale the data processing platform infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor highly scalable Kubernetes infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Own CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Artifactory.
• Ensure 24/7 system availability through proactive monitoring, alerting, and failure recovery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Optimize performance for Kafka, Spark, Presto, Airflow, and MQTT.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or software development.
• Strong coding and scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Extensive AWS experience including S3, EC2, IAM, CloudFormation, and Route 53.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Expertise in CI/CD workflows and automation via Jenkins and GitLab.
• Knowledge of secure networking, including VPCs, subnets, routing tables, and Load Balancers.
• Experience with identity management such as LDAP, AD, OIDC, and Kerberos.
• Practical experience with Prometheus and Grafana for autoscaling and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and pub/sub communication models.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
