Description

Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps solutions using Kubernetes and AWS, while leading a team to ensure efficient delivery of automation and CI/CD pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of DevOps solutions, leveraging Kubernetes and GitLab for infrastructure management.
• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure efficient delivery and operation of software projects.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve deployment pipelines.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and monitoring in a cloud environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DevOps tools, Kubernetes clusters, AWS services, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps solutions, Kubernetes, AWS, and GitLab.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery in GitLab.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, including resource management, networking, security, and monitoring.
• Good knowledge of messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Solid scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and configuration management tasks.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience staying updated on industry trends to recommend enhancements for the DevOps environment.
