Description

You will manage infrastructure and deployment automation for a rapidly growing platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate server and application deployments across the environment.
• Manage network infrastructure including VPC, VPN, and load balancing.
• Collaborate with software and release engineering teams to optimize workflows.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call production support rotation.
• Plan and execute scaling strategies for platform and supporting services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software/system engineering or solution architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Shell, Ruby, or Perl.
• Experience building and maintaining virtual platforms such as KVM, XEN, or VMware.
• Strong networking skills covering TCP/IP, routing, DNS, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, or Chef.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Bitbucket, GitLab, or Git.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise with Ansible for automation.
• Advanced Python scripting capabilities.
