You will manage mission-critical cloud operations and infrastructure within regulated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment, maintenance, and management of secure systems and distributed architectures.
• Resolve production outages by performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term resolution strategies.
• Design pragmatic solutions for multi-site system management, including fail-over redundancy and autoscaling.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to optimize operational performance.
• Mentor peers and advocate for tools that reduce operating costs and improve code quality.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps or mission-critical cloud operations.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or OpenStack cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Docker, Puppet, Chef, or Jenkins.
• Strong administration and troubleshooting skills for Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience operating and tuning relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalling.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as the ELK Stack.
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Terraform, GitLab, TFS, or CI/CD pipelines.
