Manage production support workflows, log analysis, and issue triaging in an on-site environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep log analysis using Kibana to identify and resolve system issues.
• Handle issue triaging, ticket analysis, and task assignment within the support system.
• Create status reports using PowerPoint for stakeholders.
• Support extended working hours and occasional weekends based on work priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong Kibana log analysis skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile workflows.
• Ability to manage team tasks and workflows.
• Strong technical reporting skills using PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
