Description

You will lead technical programs and system application design within a healthcare and insurance context.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects through the entire lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Participate in system application design, process modeling, and business value analysis.
• Author technical design, specification documents, and clear functional/technical requirements.
• Manage SDLC processes, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Facilitate consensus and negotiate technical requirements across matrixed teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer.
• 5+ years of success leading technical programs and projects.
• Proficiency with .NET, AWS, Java, and React.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to shift priorities quickly.
• Expertise in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
