Description

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the DevOps toolchain, focusing on automation, scalability, and security integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code and pipeline-as-code (Azure DevOps, Kubernetes YAML, Terraform).
• Manage and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
• Integrate quality and security checks into the development lifecycle using tools like SonarQube and Snyk.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflows, enable shift-left practices, and reduce engineering friction.
• Evaluate and implement advancements in DevOps practices, including internal developer platforms and GenAI safeguards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or application engineering.
• Hands-on implementation of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Kubernetes YAML.
• Strong understanding of version control best practices (Git workflows, branching strategies).
• Ability to coach developers on DevOps practices within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with internal developer platforms or GenAI development safeguards.
