Description

You will manage agile planning tools and engineering collaboration software for over 1,000 users in Redford, MI.

Responsibilities

• Administer agile planning tools, conduct evaluations, and perform POCs to provide architectural recommendations.
• Implement business process workflows and gather requirements to bridge functionality gaps.
• Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters to provide operational performance data to leadership.
• Build integrations, data migration routines, and automation scripts using APIs.
• Manage system access, security schemes, and custom configurations to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps or systems administration.
• Experience managing JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, Fisheye, Bamboo, GIT, and Structure.
• Proficiency with APIs for tool integration and process automation.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Java and .NET.
• Experience managing user access and security for large-scale environments.
• Ability to perform tool evaluations and technical POCs.

• Experience managing reporting and collaboration tools within an engineering landscape.
