Description

You will administer agile planning and engineering collaboration tools for over 1,000 users in Redford, MI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, Fisheye, Bamboo, and Structure.
• Conduct tool evaluations and technical POCs to recommend architecture.
• Implement business process workflows and bridge functionality gaps.
• Develop metrics dashboards and advanced filters for operational reporting.
• Build integrations, data migration routines, and automation scripts using APIs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps or systems administration.
• Proficiency with APIs for tool integration and process automation.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Java and .NET.
• Experience managing user access and security for large-scale environments.
• Ability to perform tool evaluations and technical POCs.

• Experience managing reporting and collaboration tools within an engineering landscape.
