Description

You will own the expansion and automation of financial infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead fully automated environment creation and take ownership of major infrastructure components.
• Design, implement, and document Infrastructure as Code using scripts, libraries, and configuration templates.
• Document resource creation, CI/CD stages, and infrastructure for internal use and compliance audits.
• Diagnose, debug, and solve complex system problems systematically.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to align on organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services including GKE, Secret Manager, IAM, Service Accounts, DNS, NAT, VPC Peering, Cloud Armor, Firewall, Logging, and Monitoring.
• Kubernetes expertise including Workload Identity, RBAC, KSA, and Namespaces.
• Scripting and development experience with Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or Bash.
• Deep understanding of networking: load balancing, SSL termination, auto-scaling, CDN, DNS, REST, and OSI layers.
• Knowledge of security concepts: L4/L7 firewalls, VPN/IPSec, encryption, and system hardening.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, or GCP Cloud Monitoring.
• Experience with key management tools like Vault, KMS, or HSM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex infrastructure involving Akamai CDN, BIG-IP load balancers, and VM Series firewalls.
