Description

You will design, automate, and maintain DevOps practices and infrastructure for a Scrum team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement improvements for platform efficiency, performance, reliability, and deployments.
• Develop infrastructure as code and build CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native tools.
• Drive cross-functional teams to produce architecture diagrams, sizing, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and collaborate to resolve complex issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and stay current on leading practices for customer environment technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting production cloud environments.
• Hands-on scripting experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented coding in C++ or Java.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Func, or Ansible.
• Proficiency with cloud templating, automation tools, and cloud platform APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
