Description

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure systems across traditional and non-traditional environments. Own the full lifecycle from inception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Infrastructure as Code to launch server instances and configure software using Terraform.
• Architect and implement cloud infrastructure automation scripts for Dev, Stage, QA, Integration, and Production environments in AWS.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AWS native platforms for data lakes.
• Provide technical leadership in designing cloud networking, security roles, and storage assets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to support product delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience at a senior level.
• Expertise with Terraform, including S3 backends and state file locks, to manage AWS programmable infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including VPC, Subnets, Routing Tables, S3, Lambda, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
• Experience building data lakes using S3, Glue (Crawler, ETL, Catalog), IAM, CodePipeline, CodeCommit, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, AWS Config, Guard Duty, Secrets Manager, and KMS.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with CI/CD software tools to enhance deployment capabilities.
• Understanding of security design for enterprise software systems.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation, design documents, and specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes, ConnectDirect, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Microservices.
• Knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing, and failover configurations.
• Background in data security, governance, and cybersecurity solutions.
