Description

You will own the technical transformation and operational integrity of the UI Tax system.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Istio service mesh within Amazon EKS clusters.
  • Develop and manage various AWS services, including EC2, EKS, ECR, S3, Cognito, and NLB.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure environments meet operational standards using configuration management.
  • Apply strong networking concepts to ensure reliable cloud infrastructure operation.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience developing with Terraform using TypeScript.
  • 8+ years experience developing and managing AWS services, focusing on Amazon EKS.
  • 4+ years experience designing and maintaining service meshes like Istio in EKS.
  • 6+ years experience with Docker containers and microservices frameworks.
  • 6+ years proficiency in scripting languages, specifically TypeScript and Python.
  • 8+ years experience building pipelines with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions).
  • 8+ years strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
  • 6+ years implementing security best practices within AWS environments.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience in the public sector or on large-scale projects.
