Description

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the DevOps toolchain, focusing on automation, scalability, and security integration. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code and pipeline-as-code. Manage and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters. Integrate quality and security checks into the development lifecycle. Coach developers on DevOps practices and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Kubernetes YAML, and Terraform.
• Manage and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.
• Integrate quality and security checks using tools like SonarQube and Snyk.
• Coach development teams on DevOps principles and shift-left practices.
• Evaluate and implement new cloud deployment patterns and internal developer platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or application engineering.
• Hands-on implementation of modern DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using pipeline-as-code.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
