Description

You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the DevOps toolchain, focusing on automation, scalability, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code and pipeline-as-code (Azure DevOps, Kubernetes YAML, Terraform).
• Manage and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters.
• Integrate quality and security checks into the development lifecycle using tools like SonarQube and Snyk.
• Optimize workflows, enable shift-left practices, and reduce friction in day-to-day engineering alongside development teams.
• Evaluate and implement advancements to DevOps practices, including internal developer platforms and GenAI safeguards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or application engineering.
• Hands-on implementation of modern DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Experience designing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using pipeline-as-code principles.
• Solid understanding of version control best practices, including Git workflows and branching strategies.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and coach developers on DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Kubernetes YAML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with internal developer platforms and GenAI development practices.
• Knowledge of new cloud deployment patterns.
