Description

Manage and scale production infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments, including Kubernetes clusters. Own end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical services through automation. Administer web and application servers, and coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes. Develop tools to improve deployment speed and system availability. Collaborate with Product and Development teams to integrate scalability into future releases. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Administer Linux, Windows, web servers, and Kubernetes clusters in customer production environments.
• Own end-to-end availability and performance of mission-critical services through automation.
• Develop tools and automation to improve deployment speed, performance, and system availability.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to integrate scalability into future releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience handling large-scale production systems.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and configuration management tools such as Chef or Ansible.
• Proficiency with GitHub or equivalent version control systems.
• Experience designing, migrating, and deploying services on AWS or comparable cloud providers.
• Deep knowledge of large-scale web applications and distributed systems.
• Mastery of a programming language, preferably .NET, including development best practices.
• Strong administration skills in Linux and Windows environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Ruby.
