Description

You will lead automation efforts and manage complex technical programs for engineering teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale automation programs and complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop and coach team members to improve engineering standards and technical practices.
• Manage and provision AWS cloud resources to support scalable infrastructure needs.
• Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and workflows to streamline deployments.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in automation engineering or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, PowerShell, Ruby, Java, and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Fabric.
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD technologies and tools.
• Direct experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-region AWS deployments.
