Description

Lead DevOps strategy and process improvement to align IT operations with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business groups to design and implement process improvement projects.
• Develop new operational standards and plans to drive functional results.
• Build, enhance, and automate CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Advise senior leadership on aligning IT models with business priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with DevOps CI/CD tools, including source code, CI pipeline, and binary repository management.
• 5+ years of development experience in Java, Python, .NET, or JS.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience creating automation for CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience with Maven or Gradle.
• 3+ years of complex troubleshooting and performance tuning within CI/CD toolchains using monitoring tools.
• 2+ years of container experience.
• 2+ years of continuous testing enablement through CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Groovy, GitLab, Jenkins (or equivalent), Artifactory, and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Knowledge of SAFe/Agile, Security, Audit, and Compliance.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools such as Checkmarx, Twistlock, Snyk, X-ray, Sysdig, or Contrast Security.
