You will act as a Squad Owner leading the implementation and optimization of customer solutions across online and mobile app platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop, deploy, and optimize customer journeys across digital channels.
• Lead Agile teams by setting product direction, prioritizing backlogs, and translating business goals into user stories.
• Drive the development and execution of product roadmaps and sprint schedules.
• Identify brand, voice, and experiential inconsistencies and execute plans to rectify them.
• Collaborate with IT teams to outline business requirements for new online and in-app features.
• Monitor performance trends to recommend new functionalities based on data.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven experience delivering digital solutions for customer self-service and sales journeys.
• Advanced understanding of digital user behavior and mobile app/online platform best practices.
• Ability to drive delivery with cross-disciplinary teams including design, content, development, QA/UAT, and ops.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize multiple data sources into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working in geographically dispersed, collaborative environments.
