You will lead full-cycle digital talent acquisition to scale our engineering and data organizations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies and build competitive intelligence.
- Maintain talent pipelines for technical roles ranging from Individual Contributors to Management.
- Educate internal clients on recruiting processes and best practices for talent selection.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.
- Monitor industry landscape and market trends to provide recruiting solutions to business partners.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle digital recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and salary negotiation.
- Proven track record recruiting Product Managers, Digital Media Sales, and Product Designers.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Expertise in candidate selection and interviewing techniques.
- Strong communication and Human Resources (HR) knowledge.
- Ability to source and hire diverse and inclusive candidate slates.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
