You will lead full-cycle digital talent acquisition to scale our engineering and data organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies and build competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for technical roles ranging from Individual Contributors to Management.
  • Educate internal clients on recruiting processes and best practices for talent selection.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional HR teams.
  • Monitor industry landscape and market trends to provide recruiting solutions to business partners.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of full-cycle digital recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and salary negotiation.
  • Proven track record recruiting Product Managers, Digital Media Sales, and Product Designers.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Expertise in candidate selection and interviewing techniques.
  • Strong communication and Human Resources (HR) knowledge.
  • Ability to source and hire diverse and inclusive candidate slates.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
