Description

Lead the architectural design and development of scalable .NET applications on Microsoft Azure, defining standards and guiding implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures on Azure, leveraging App Services, Functions, SQL Database, and AKS.
• Develop microservices-based solutions and RESTful APIs, ensuring modularity, reusability, and security.
• Establish architectural governance, enforce coding standards, and conduct design reviews.
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance through code refinement, caching strategies, and database indexing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and .NET Core/Framework.
• Deep understanding of Software Design Principles, Patterns, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency in relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) databases.
• Experience with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, and Bootstrap.
• 5+ years of experience in unit testing using xUnit or NUnit.
• Strong communication skills for onsite collaboration with clients and offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or React for full-stack architectural oversight.
• Background in application modernization and legacy transformation projects.
