Description

Lead backend Drupal development and site performance while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Develop custom modules for Drupal 9 and Drupal 10 sites.
• Identify functional requirements and establish development standards.
• Maintain and support Drupal 9 and 10 sites.
• Implement and maintain automated tests.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of full-stack Drupal 8 and 9 experience (theming and backend).
• Current experience with Drupal 10.
• Deep knowledge of Drupal module development and architecture.
• Proficiency with the Drupal API.
• Fluency with Drush and Linux command line.
• Experience with DevOps and Git source control.
• Experience using Acquia or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docksal, Lando, or Docker-compose.

Preferred Skills

• Strong focus on the backend side of Drupal development.
