Description

Lead technical design, development, and administration of MS Dynamics 365 environments, owning end-to-end delivery from requirement analysis to quality assurance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design security models and implement out-of-the-box configurations for online and on-premises environments.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, plugins, form customizations, and console jobs.
• Build integrations using middleware tools, APIs, and Azure services for upstream and downstream systems.
• Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions.
• Strong proficiency in C#.Net and JavaScript.
• Expertise with MS CRM SDK and MSD developer toolkit.
• Advanced MS SQL and SQL Server development experience.
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS design and development.
• Hands-on integration experience using KingswaySoft, REST, and ODATA Web APIs.
• Practical use of Azure Functions and Service Bus for integration.
• Experience with PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power Apps portals.
• Experience with Unified Service Desk customization and deployment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
