Description

Lead functional design and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and prioritize CRM requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design as-is and to-be processes.
• Perform gap analysis to identify solution requirements and design workflows within Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate and conduct QA testing and UAT with business users and technical teams.
• Package and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions across QA, UAT, and Production instances.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as the sole Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementations.
• 5+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and performing gap analysis.
• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 Apps, Tables, Attributes, List Views, Form Views, and Security.
• 5+ years of experience using MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating QA and UAT testing.
• 3+ years of functional experience packaging and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions to higher instances.
• 2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent tracking systems to document Epics, Stories, and tasks.
• 5+ years of experience engaging with Project Stakeholders, SMEs, and Business Users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint 2016 or Online (Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions).
• Dynamics 365 Portal Design and end-user training manual documentation.
