Description

You will design and implement scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across sales, marketing, and customer service to define functional needs.
• Design scalable solutions and produce functional design documents covering configuration, customization, and integration.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE including entity customization, business process flows, workflow automation, and UI updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.
• Execute test plans to ensure solutions meet quality standards and provide end-user training and ongoing support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and customization.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
• Hands-on experience with Field Service and Mobile Integration.
• Proven ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong functional design and requirement analysis skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
