Description

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions using Dynatrace across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, onboard, and manage Dynatrace for server, cloud, and application monitoring.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to ensure system reliability and minimize false positives.
• Monitor Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate monitoring and integrate with ITSM platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• Experience monitoring Windows and Linux servers in virtualized (VMware) and cloud environments.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure monitoring.
• Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Bash.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years total experience in systems engineering or infrastructure support.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
• Experience with ITIL practices in regulated industries.
