Description

You will lead as an EDI Consultant specializing in IBM Sterling B2Bi for a major retail client.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain EDI systems using Sterling B2Bi, adhering to ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale software and automation solutions, ensuring object-oriented design and code reuse.
• Integrate middleware technologies including IBM MQ, APIGEE, and Kafka, utilizing protocols like AS2 and SFTP.
• Collaborate on network/security architecture, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), and database management.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to ITSM and change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EDI consultation and implementation.
• Expertise in IBM Sterling B2Bi.
• Proficiency with middleware integration using IBM MQ, APIGEE, and Kafka.
• Working knowledge of web technologies including Angular, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with communication protocols such as SOAP/REST and AS2/SFTP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).
• Understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
• Ability to prepare and deliver technical communications to stakeholders.
