Description

You will lead end-to-end design change and design transfer projects from a technical standpoint, ensuring requirements are met without introducing system-level risks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret transferred designs, critical specifications, requirements, and interfaces.
• Validate designs in lab environments or MR bays to ensure requirements are met.
• Write verification test procedures and test reports for electrical design validation.
• Address ATE-related topics, including supporting or reviewing new ATE development during design transfer.
• Coordinate with EMS suppliers and manage ECR/ECO processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong background in digital and analog electronics, with a preference for strong analog skills.
• Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in using lab test equipment.
• Ability to make technical decisions with limited guidance from subject matter experts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
