Description

You will lead high voltage circuit design for EV and hybrid drive trains, including motor control and battery management systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute schematic capture and PCB layout while managing component selection.
• Perform circuit simulations and manage EMC design, testing, and issue resolution.
• Develop and guide firmware changes to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and warranty returns using advanced knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
• Conduct statistical data analysis and product dimensioning and tolerance analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Expertise in high voltage circuit design for battery monitoring and motor control.
• Proficiency in digital electronic development with microprocessors and microcontrollers.
• Advanced use of diagnostic tools including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and in-circuit debuggers.
• Deep knowledge of communication buses: CAN, LIN, Flexray, and Ethernet.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies such as Red X, Six Sigma, and 8D.
• Ability to perform capability studies and statistical data analysis.
