Description

You will develop and optimize embedded systems for video streaming and multimedia playback.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement multi-threaded programming and inter-process communication protocols.
• Develop Linux system programming components for media processing.
• Integrate video streaming technologies and digital rights management systems.
• Debug complex software issues within embedded environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C++11 or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Linux system programming.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and inter-process communication.
• Knowledge of video streaming technologies including MPEG-DASH, HLS, and Progressive Download.
• Understanding of audio/video formats such as H.264, H.265, AV1, MP4, CMAF, and TS.
• Experience implementing Digital Rights Management (Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of multimedia frameworks like GStreamer or FFmpeg.
• Experience with network programming and SoC architecture.
• Familiarity with web playback technologies including MSE and EME.
