Architect host software and develop embedded solutions for medical devices, ensuring compliance with FDA and NIST standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop host software using C++, WPF, and .NET.
• Develop embedded software in C and C++ for medical devices.
• Design software tools for device manufacturing using C, C#, and C++.
• Implement cybersecurity controls for host applications, firmware, and subsystems.
• Execute unit testing, static analysis, profiling, and debugging using Visual Studio.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Direct experience developing software for medical devices.
• Proficiency in advanced C++ and C# for complex systems and managed code.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET framework and Windows GUI development (MFC, MVVM, WPF).
• Strong knowledge of C and C++ in human-safety-critical environments.
• Experience with SQL databases and Windows 10.
• Ability to implement cryptographic algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenGL, GPU/CUDA, and OpenCV coding.
• API development for image processing, picture control, or video playback.
• Experience using Boost.
