Description

You will design and implement embedded software for high-precision systems throughout the full development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Specify functional requirements by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide detailed design specifications and outline testing efforts.
• Implement software modules and execute testing steps to qualify products.
• Develop software architecture that fulfills specific business needs.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of embedded application programming using C or C++.
• Experience with RTOS systems such as VxWorks or QNX.
• 8-15 years of Unix programming experience, preferably on Linux or Solaris.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience working at the application, system, or device driver layer.
• Proven ability in designing complex software architecture and computational algorithms.
• Experience writing technical specifications.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Demonstrated stability with employment history longer than 12 months at each contract.
