Description

You will own infrastructure enablement and site reliability engineering through automation and observability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage public cloud infrastructure including PaaS, networking, and storage services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within AWS and Azure environments.
• Maintain observability stacks to monitor system health and performance.
• Develop cloud-agnostic Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Support ITSM processes, incident management, and ServiceNow catalog configurations.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure.
• 3 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in public cloud environments.
• 3 years of experience in ITSM, incident management, and configuration management.
• 2 years of experience in SRE and observability using Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, DataDog, or Zipkin.
• 2 years of experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with ServiceNow catalog and configuration management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
