Description

Build and optimize high-scale distributed systems using Java or Python, integrating AI/ML components and mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop object-oriented applications in Java, Python, or C# using Spring Boot and FastAPI.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for Kubernetes and Docker deployments.
• Apply TDD, BDD, and automated testing with JUnit, PyTest, or Selenium to ensure code quality.
• Optimize SQL schemas (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL data stores (MongoDB, Redis) for performance.
• Mentor junior engineers on design patterns, Agile practices, and DevOps toolchains.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with AI/ML, including LLMs, RAG, or MLOps.
• Strong background in cloud deployment (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or modern frontend frameworks.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and performance profiling.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, or mobile development.
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring engineering teams.
