Description

You will provide techno-functional technical support, resolution, and fixes for Oracle integration environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between developers and business partners to ensure compatibility and problem resolution.
• Research and analyze system requirements against existing business processes to support software methodology deliverables.
• Manage integration support during migrations, specifically moving from Oracle 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4 and RAC 12c to 19c.
• Execute problem analysis, testing, and deployment of new code within the SDLC.
• Design, develop, and test RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical support and resolution within an ERP environment.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS R12, including modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 11i/R12 E-Business Suite and Oracle Application Server.
• Deep understanding of Workflow, OA Framework (OAF), Web ADI, and Unix shell scripting.
• Proven experience with AIM methodology (BRD, MD-50, MD-70, MD-120).
• Knowledge of O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and Drop Ship end-to-end cycles.
• Experience analyzing web services using Oracle R11.x APIs, open interfaces, and SOA Gateway.
• Technical proficiency in MS SQL Server, MS Access, ODBC, Transact SQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with XML Publisher for custom report development.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience with Oracle Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Order Management.
