Description

Deploy and support enterprise-scale solutions in Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support systems in Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Set up, operate, and tune performance management tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, and Grafana.
• Manage containerized application deployment using Docker, ECS, and AKS/Kubernetes.
• Configure code management and deployment tools including Chef, Jenkins, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Maintain SSL/TLS and client certificate management across various use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-scale solution deployment and support.
• 2+ years of experience in Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with Chef, Rundeck, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with Linux distributions and containerization via Docker, ECS, or AKS/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of full-stack operational concepts including Java, NodeJS, Angular, and React.
• Understanding of network infrastructure including HTTP, TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Experience with SSL/TLS and client certificate management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM processes like incident and problem management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related work experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with Kepner-Tragoe problem analysis.
