Description

Lead the technical delivery and architecture of a strategic internal application, guiding a globally distributed engineering team through rapid design-build sprints.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of micro-apps using React, backed by Node.js or Python services.
• Architect and own backend logic using AWS Lambda serverless functions and containerized services (Fargate).
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Establish and enforce code quality, testing, and deployment standards across the distributed team.
• Identify reusable frontend and backend components to build a scalable design and build library.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of fullstack development experience with React, Node.js, and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of AWS serverless architecture, including Lambda, Fargate, and API Gateway.
• Experience leading technical delivery across distributed product teams.
• Familiarity with containerized development, CI/CD pipelines, and platform-level routing.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear direction and actionable steps for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience setting up design systems or component libraries.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, SSO, JWT authentication, and platform authorization patterns.
