Description

You will lead the engineering team responsible for workflow enhancements, including AI-integrated chatbots and auto-assignment systems, while ensuring the stability and scalability of the Helpshift platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the software development team to evaluate solutions and system performance.
• Manage the development, deployment, and integration of software across multiple projects.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and resiliency of the Helpshift platform.
• Improve product performance and efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Plan project strategies, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience in team management.
• Production experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Redis.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Experience leading teams in building scalable systems.
• Ability to mentor junior software developers in technical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar field.
