Lead a distributed engineering team across India while defining the technical roadmap for scalable SaaS and on-premise data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring, coaching, performance management, and career planning for distributed engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product and QA to define the data platform technical roadmap and architecture.
• Drive scalable, extensible architecture for SaaS and on-premise data platforms.
• Establish development best practices and streamline release planning for rapid deployment.
• Partner with Program Management to define and execute release processes across geographies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software product development.
• 4+ years of experience in Engineering Management.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of SaaS and on-premise development best practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
