Description

You will lead development teams in delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud initiatives, overseeing complex implementations from architecture to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development teams through complex Experience Cloud implementations.
• Deliver multiple Experience Cloud initiatives from architecture to deployment.
• Manage technical execution using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools.
• Apply UX/UI principles to optimize community portals.
• Direct the use of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Experience Cloud.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing development teams.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, sharing rules, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Experience working with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator certifications.
